Laveda's conscious hip-hop style addresses social, political, and cultural themes. His lyrics, rich in clever language and powerful imagery, encourage listeners to engage in critical thinking about their surroundings.
"My love goes out to all of you. Many are hurting in this country and things have been turned upside down in the last 10 years or so. We've lost our soul as a country. Just when it seemed like things were moving in the right direction, an evil-ness has risen from what seems like an ugly past. People are untrusting, truth seems to be lost, and facts no longer matter. I hope to bring a level of compassion back to my fans through my music".
