Maybe a good thing, but I'm a bit iffie on the name including the word “black”.  I'm not sure what my brothers and sisters feel about it.  Feel free to disagree, would love to hear from you.  As long as there is “white flight” which means money follows (don't kid yourself), this will never get better easily.  We in the community need to do our part to.  I urge you to use the educational system at your disposable.  I get that the schools suck in the inner cities but you have to partner with the sub-urban areas and reach out to them.  I know many of my friends still love Memphis but detest the crime.  They would like to change that too.  Don't build artificial bridges yourselves. Gentrification is not always a bad thing.  Would love to hear your thoughts.
