As inflation squeezes workers and small businesses, corporate giants have found a convenient shield: Donald Trump’s emerging oligarchic model of governance. In this new political ecosystem, billion-dollar firms deflect scrutiny, blame Washington for price hikes they engineered, and quietly rake in record profits. “Too Big to Serve” exposes how these corporations exploit Trump-aligned power structures to mask greed as inevitability—and why Americans are paying the price.
Here is my personal list of companies that have purposely gone dysfunctional and distanced themselves from their own customers (most are riding the inflation wave and milking customers in the process):
- Wells Fargo - shuttered many stores, have to make an appointment to get service beyond withdrawal, deposit. Have prematurely jumped on the A.I. bandwagon and eliminated customer service. Marks transactions as fraudulent when not even close.
- Jimmy Dean Foods - started cutting back on ingredients, purposely leaving out ingredients as listed on the label.
Please leave comments for those corporations you'd like to add, including details.
